Impact Fee Coordinator (#IPFECDGENQ) GENQ
$22.23-$35.30 Hourly / $3,853.20-$6,118.67 Monthly / $46,238.40-$73,424.00 Yearly


Performs duties calculating impact fees based on data obtained from construction/site plans and based on established formulas.


An Associates DegreeĀ  from an accredited college or university; and Two years experience in reading construction/site plans.

Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted below.

  • Considerable knowledge of County building codes.
  • Considerable knowledge of impact fee formulas.
  • Ability to read and understand site and construction plans.
  • Ability to apply impact fee formulas to construction plans to arrive at impact fees.
  • Ability to research archival materials.
  • Ability to perform complex calculations.
  • Ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to use a computer and related software.
