Performs professional human resources duties as subject matter experts specialized in a specific functional area of human resource.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (Administration), Business Management, Public Administration, or a Social or Behavioral Science; and
Three years of professional human resources experience.
An equivalent combination of education and professional human resources experience in a specialized function that would reasonably be expected to provide the expertise required to perform the job-specific activities noted below.
