JOB OVERVIEW

Performs lead worker duties providing household and personal care services essential to the client's health and comfort.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from high school or possession of a GED Certificate; and
Two years of experience providing household or personal care to clients.

Or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted below;
Possession of a Valid Driver License.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

  • Reviews client referrals and schedules assignments of Homemaker/Respite Aides.
  • Monitors services provided by conducting routine home visits.
  • Performs household chores to teach clients handson homemaking techniques.
  • Receives, researches and resolves client complaints.
  • Prepares, reviews and maintains time sheets, case notes, mileage and monthly reports.
  • Provides ongoing assistance to health assessment personnel.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
