The Department of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition is a statewide function of human resources whose mission is to fill vacancies in the shortest time with excellent customer engagement using the latest technology and by constantly evaluating our processes. We support state agencies in their recruitment initiatives and provide various outreach and support services to applicants. This position will report to a human resources manager and support the recruitment administration for multiple state agencies. You will supervise a team of both part-time and full-time staff who provide professional support and analysis to their assigned agencies. This role will oversee workflow to ensure we are meeting or exceeding metrics while placing a constant focus on staff training and development. In addition, this role will be responsible for maintaining and conducting test analyses on written exams, which includes developing scoring matrices and conducting item analyses using descriptive and interferential statistics. Our unit places a strong focus on agile work enabling agencies to make hires as quickly as possible. Supervisors and managers take a hands-on approach in ensuring efficient workflow and stepping in to support where needed.
Four years of professional human resource experience.
Three years of professional human resource experience AND a Statewide Human Resource Certification or professional human resource certification.
