The Delaware Department of State (DOS) seeks to increase the number of applicants for clinical nursing positions at the Veterans Home by offering a recruitment incentive to eligible ADN, Nursing Director, RN Trainer Educator III, RN Supervisor, RN, LPN, and CNA candidates in accordance with the DOS/Veterans Home Recruitment and Referral Incentive Program.

Starting salary is commensurate with years of experience under licensure and falls within the range listed on the posting. Details will be discussed at the interview. Offer will be made only after examination of licensure and review of experience.

This position is a classification organized under an exclusive bargaining representative (labor organization) that has been elected by employees as their representative for collective bargaining and other applicable terms and conditions of employment, in accordance with Title 29, Chapter 59 and Title 19, Chapter 13 and 16. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement based on its individual terms.
