Summary Statement

The candidate should have experience in working with a team deploying enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as PeopleSoft, SAP etc. The candidate will be the Organizational Change Management Lead and must be able to identify the different stakeholders; determine the functional impacts related to the change and develop and track timely readiness tasks to ensure end users are prepared for go-live. The candidate will also develop and execute a thorough communication plan during the life of the project and create a transition plan for the business owner when the project is complete. The candidate will be able to work remotely but must be on premise when asked. 


Job Requirements

Job Requirements for Change Management Specialist

Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:

  • Possess project management knowledge and a minimum of five years’ experience working successfully with a wide range and large number of people and/or organizations on projects involving technology
  • Possess a minimum of five years’ experience handling the complexities of technology driven change management, including user interaction, training development/delivery, and communication planning, development and delivery
  • Possess a minimum of five years’ experience in developing effective methods to communicate with a variety of audiences, including oral, written and electronic communications
  • Possess a minimum of three years’ experience in coaching executive leaders and managers in their roles as change leaders

Conditions of Hire
