This position is responsible for managing the public posting of formal solicitation documents and overseeing vendor and agency training programs. The role administers the state’s official solicitation system of record, ensuring accurate review, posting, and maintenance of solicitations, addenda, and awards. In addition, this position directs and supports the agency’s procurement training program by guiding the trainer responsible for delivering instruction. The incumbent also leads a team that provides procurement guidance, technical assistance, and drives continuous process improvement across operations.
