The Office of Management and Budget Fiscal Advisor IV position provides financial services for all divisions within the Department. Some divisions represented are Fleet Services, Office of the Director, Budget Development and Planning. This position must be proficient in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The responsibilities may also include payroll processing. This position must comprehend and enforce State and Federal policies, procedures, and regulations. Applicant must have the ability to prioritize and organize tasks. Strong verbal and written communication are essential.
Six months experience in processing accounting, auditing or payroll transactions following applicable laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
