This position is responsible for administration of various programming functions within Delaware State Parks and supports delivery of interpretive programming across the state. Coordination, expansion, and sustainability for statewide programs such as Passport, First Day Hikes, Delaware Family Campout and virtual and statewide school program initiatives is required. The Interpretive Specialist also provides support by ensuring accuracy and relevancy of data, reporting and policy manuals, and assisting with tracking of program registration and submission.

This position will have Statewide responsibilities which requires travel throughout the State. The State of Delaware provides transportation services to State agencies.
