Primary administrative duties include but are not limited to answering (high-volume) multi-line phones, assisting walk-ins, processing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling and attending meetings and training, and other duties as needed. Much of the incoming mail and emails received from pensioners include submitted forms to be scanned by our File Room staff to be kept on file for the pensioner’s records. This position also provides support and backup for the File Room. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a busy environment while being a versatile, and courteous initial point of contact.
