The incumbent for this position will be a FOCUS Liaison in the DMSS FOCUS Unit. FOCUS is the Department’s child welfare case management system. The incumbent will manage user needs through a FOCUS Ticket mailbox and/or telephone calls. Liaisons will perform data maintenance activities, merge duplicate PIDs, triage issues with users, log tickets as needed, draft user stories, and assess and report system defects and user training needs. Liaisons are responsible for data quality, data timeliness, data integrity and data completeness by assisting users, supervisors, and managers. They will run data quality reports to assess data cleanup needs and report continued discrepancies to FOCUS management.
