The Social Service Administrator will be responsible for community connections and partnerships within New Castle county. This position will network with community leaders and stakeholders, ensuring community voice informs population health decision-making at a state and local level. Additionally, the SSA will work with community partners on social determinant of health activity implementation and evaluation, and advancing health equity through oversite of funding agreements to ensure timely and efficient goal completion. This is a grant funded position.
