The Fiscal
Advisor II is responsible for the financial management and oversight of state,
federal, and third-party funded capital projects, ensuring compliance with all
fiscal policies and funding requirements while providing expert guidance and
support to departmental staff. This position plays a key role in maintaining
the integrity and efficiency of financial operations within the Capital Program
Delivery Group and offers career ladder advancement to Fiscal Advisor III.
