Manages the complete lifecycle for public works construction
and hybrid contracts (advertisement through execution). Ensures strict
adherence to public procurement laws, maintains meticulous records, and
oversees all procedural requirements. Provide technical expertise and
consultation to agency staff on procurement strategies, regulatory compliance,
and construction contracting. Responsible for extensive record-keeping,
procedural compliance, and timely document control. The incumbent should be
able to demonstrate knowledge in public sector procurement and/or construction
contract management.

Pre-employment Drug Testing: Upon a conditional offer, you must undergo pre-employment drug testing as part of the hiring process. All new hires are required to report to the Statewide New Employee Orientation (SNEO) on their first day of employment.
