The Department of Agriculture's Finance section is seeking a
casual seasonal Fiscal Associate II position. This position is responsible for
accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, purchase orders, P-card
reconciliations. This position is also responsible for initiating and verifying
for accuracy of documents for submission into the financial system. In addition, this role is responsible for
working on travel reimbursements and other types of finance transactions and
other fiscal duties as assigned. The
work schedule is Monday through Thursday 9:00 am – 4:00pm and Friday 9:00am –
3:30pm with an hour lunch. This position will be working with a team of Fiscal
Advisors and a Fiscal Administrator.
This is a Casual/Seasonal position which is a non-pension eligible position without healthcare and/or other benefits.
