Come work for Facilities Management with the Office of Management and Budget! This administrative support position is responsible for serving as the front desk receptionist that assists visitors, vendors, sales representatives and delivery personnel. Receives, delegates, tracks and reports on workorders and works with maintenance staff. Maintains general office operations. Collects incoming mail and distributes as necessary. Assist with orders such as uniforms and inter-office supplies. Assists and supports staff with information and internal services. Maintains operational filing system for documents, inspection sheets, invoice filing and tracking and internal projects and activities.
