Multiple positions to assist with implementation of a new Medicare retiree health benefit plan. Duties include providing customer service and general administrative support within the Office of Pensions including greeting Medicare retirees and answering Medicare retiree benefit questions and inquiries, and analysis and resolution of insurance enrollment and discrepancy reporting. Flexible work schedules up to 29.5 hours per week.
Two years of professional human resource experience.
One year of professional human resource experience AND a Statewide Human Resource Certification or professional human resource certification.
In addition to the above requirement, applicants must meet all of the job requirements below:
2. One year of experience in performing human resource analysis and consultation in support of a human resource function.
3. One year of experience in providing guidance, direction and recommendations to employees, management or others on inquiries and/or challenges.
4. One year of experience in interpreting human resource laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
5. One year of experience in researching, analyzing and interpreting data and presenting findings.
This is a Casual/Seasonal position which is a non-pension eligible position without healthcare and/or other benefits.
