This position provides support to the State’s Electronic
Payments (EP) Team. The Electronic Payments Team oversees the State’s
Procurement Card (PCard) and Single Use Account (SUA) programs. The team works
directly with JP Morgan Chase (JPMC) to provide customer service to cardholders
and support the state agencies and Suppliers enrolled in the electronic
payment’s programs. Critical functions
include processing new card applications, reconciling transactions to the
State’s accounting system, supporting PCard Coordinators within state agencies,
and communicating with the bank regarding cardholder issues and SUA transaction
problems.
The State of Delaware recognizes the value of telework and flexible working schedules. This position is eligible for Telework and Alternative Work Schedules according to the State of Delaware’s Alternative Work Arrangement Policy. More information will be shared at the time of interview.
The Division of Accounting may offer remote work and flexible schedules where appropriate. These options will be discussed during the interview and are dependent on position responsibilities.
