This position is responsible for the daily operations of the
Delaware Spotted Lanternfly (SLF) Survey, Control, and Permit Program. Duties
include contacting landowners, tenants, municipal authorities, and others to
secure permission to inspect properties for SLF and perform pesticide
treatments. Includes identifying and marking trees for treatment, data
collection and reporting, training staff on survey protocol, and conducting
outreach. Candidate will manage the Delaware SLF permit program and will contact
and educate businesses requiring enrollment, process permits and enforce permit
regulations. Work conducted in a variety of field and weather conditions.
