This position is responsible for successful bi-weekly
processing of the statewide payroll (PR) in the State’s Accounting System
(FSF), PR reconciliation to ensure completion of the transactions and accuracy
of data to be distributed to OMB. This position is also responsible for PR
processes for calendar year end, fiscal year end, PR funding solution and first
pay of the new fiscal year. This requires working during the July 4th holiday
and weekends as needed. This position supports the Payroll Funding Adjustment
(PFA) and Asset Management (AM) Modules as a backup, handling Intergovernmental
PFAs and AM month-end and fiscal year-end close. The PR SME works with the DTI
ERP technical team annually over a weekend for the archiving of the HR
Accounting Line Table.
