This position reports and provides administrative support directly to the DOC-DHR Human Resources Director on highly sensitive and confidential matters. Significant aspects of the job include: providing guidance and consultation to other departments within the DOC, maintaining the calendar for the HR Director and HR Deputy Director, developing spreadsheets, maintaining a hard copy and electronic filing system to ensure accurate and easily retrievable documentation, scheduling face-to-face and online meetings, managing the HR units allotted budget projections and usage, and developing/distributing HR letters and memorandums.
