This is administrative level work responsible for planning, directing, implementing, and monitoring the State's financial policies and procedures and for providing the technical direction to ensure all State entities accurately and efficiently execute and monitor the receipt and expenditure of funds. Recommends, implements, and monitors the necessary policies and procedures to record and account for the receipt and expenditure of the State's annual general fund revenue and budget bills. Administers SWCAP contract and the Indirect Cost Recovery Program. Provides the necessary financial information for the State's Bond Prospectus.
