Title V is an air pollution control program, based on federal law, designed to standardize air quality permits and the permitting process for major sources of air emissions across the country.

This position is the technical and management leader for the Engineering & Compliance (E&C) Section. E&C is responsible for permitting, compliance and enforcement work for the natural minor, synthetic minor, and Title V (major) source for facilities in the State of Delaware. This includes engineer review of permitting functions as well as leading inspection and enforcement activities. The position works closely with the Division Director, Planning Administrator, and other Division management as well other Administrators within DNREC and staff at EPA and can work in the Grantham Office or the Dover office.
