is Now Offering Hiring Incentive for
Unclaimed Property Claims Supervisor!
The Delaware Department of Finance, Office of Unclaimed Property recognizes the Unclaimed Property Claims Supervisor plays a critical role at our agency. For that reason, we are now providing monetary recruitment incentives for this position in accordance to our Recruitment Program Policy and Procedures.
Hiring Incentive– $5,000
· $2,000.00 incentive paid after completion of month 18. Employee must have been in an active payroll status after the last day of incentive period.
Incentives are paid in installments as noted above. Must be a new hire to the State of Delaware.
NOTE: You will receive more information during the hiring process. This program is administered by the Department of Finance Human Resource Department. The program may be terminated by Finance at any time with or without notice.
