This position within the Training & Exercise Section of
Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) supports the statewide emergency
management training program by conducting internal staff training and training
for staff of other agencies. Training
methods are instructor-led and web-based.
The incumbent plans, develops and presents training materials based on
needs identified by the Division. Course
topics consist of Incident Command System curriculum and other emergency
management concepts.
