Fleet Services is seeking a motivated administrative professional to join our reception team. The chosen candidate will greet guests of Government Support Services, answer calls, and direct phone traffic for Fleet Services. Responsibilities include managing Fleet administrative processes such as handling confidential information, processing authorized driver applications, distributing and tracking reserved vehicle keys, monitoring vehicle assignments, resolving reservation issues, and assisting with driver behavior complaints. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and excel at communicating effectively.
