Offering Hiring Incentive for
Assistant Director of Personal Tax and Account Services!
The Delaware Department of Finance,
Division of Revenue recognizes the Assistant
Director of Personal Tax and Account Services plays a critical role at our agency. For that reason, we are now providing monetary
recruitment incentives for this position in
accordance to our Recruitment Program Policy and Procedures.
Hiring Incentive– $12,000
·
$4,000.00 incentive paid after
completion of month 24. Employee must have been in an active payroll
status after the last day of incentive period.
Incentives are paid in
installments as noted above. Must be a new hire to the State of
Delaware.
NOTE: You will receive more information during
the hiring process. This program is administered by the Department of Finance
Human Resource Department. The program may be terminated by Finance at
any time with or without notice.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue, this position will be
responsible for DOR operations in collections & public service, with
primary responsibility for managing DOR's call center and public service
offices staffed by personnel who provide taxpayer assistance, collect
delinquent taxes and other debts owed to the State, and assist taxpayers with
problem resolution. The position will manage DOR's ACD lines, develop &
manage agreements to collect for other agencies, develop performance plans,
goals, and objectives for each area, and ensure prompt resolution of taxpayer
concerns.
