The
Deputy Principal Assistant to the Secretary of Finance is a professional-level
position that reports to the Secretary of Finance and the Deputy Secretary. Key
responsibilities include managing day-to-day operational challenges, handling constituent
relations, and overseeing policy and legislative review and development. The
role also involves supervising project teams and providing high-level
administrative support, often dealing with complex issues. Additionally, the
position requires regular interaction with external stakeholders such as the
public, legislators, and other agencies, serving as a key advisor to the
Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Finance.
