DTI offers a robust hybrid work policy for employees whose job
duties are conducive to working remotely.
Principal responsibilities include the planning, requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging, system integration, and documenting of software components of complex, multi-tier government systems.
Responsible for developing software for new programs from provided technical specifications, modifications to existing programs, and system integration of off the shelf Products. Participates in customer meeting to define requirements. Prepares detailed estimates for project time, to meet prescribed functionality, in order to obtain approval to proceed. Tests and debugs programs for the delivery of quality applications. Creates system and user documentation. Monitors ongoing program and system performance. Generates ideas to improve system design and performance. Interact will all internal teams and customer to ensure successful implementation.
The Associate Software Engineer must be a fast learner with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and able to work with minimal supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The Associate Software Engineer must be able to work well with a diverse group of team members to deliver software solutions on time, on budget and within specifications.
The Associate Software Engineer will report to the Service Delivery Manager responsible for the particular application area
