This is the third level of administrative specialist work providing administrative support in a variety of operational areas to a Division Director, Deputy Director, or an administrative official typically at the upper management level. Work involves creating word-processing documents, spreadsheets, and original presentations using standardized software packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Creating, editing, and tracking workflow with these supportive documents requires applying advanced technology skills. The incumbent will also have the ability to process and maintain physical and digital files and records. Organizational skills are key in fulfilling this role.
