Job Requirements for Division Director (DMS):

Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
At least 5 years of experience at the executive management level in the public sector.
At least 3 years of experience in managing & leading a large and diverse staff through subordinate supervisors.
Demonstrated ability to create a culture of collaboration, accountability and transparency.
Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to demonstrate excellent listening skills and written and oral communication skills.
