The DOC Bureau of Correctional Healthcare Services (BCHS) seeks a high functioning and self-motivated nurse for the position of RN III (Occupational Health and Wellness Nurse- OHWN). The selected incumbent will support a proactive, multidisciplinary team approach directed toward disease prevention, health promotion and response to workplace injury/illness. S/he works in collaboration other BCHS staff to provide services in three (3) broad areas: Employee Health Promotion and Disease Prevention; Respond to workplace injury and illness; and Communicable Disease Surveillance and Employee Vaccination. This positon will provide services to Department of Correction Staff only.

Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
