Summary Statement

This position is critical to lead the Enterprise Architecture, Data Management, and Governance team activities for the agency. The principle responsibilities of the Enterprise Architecture, Data Management and Governance Director are to provide overall strategical, technical and operational leadership and transformation that delivers and supports critical data initiatives that have statewide implications. This position will be responsible for transforming the current team of Enterprise Architecture, Data Management, and Governance to a team responsible for Data Management, Business Intelligence and Reporting. DTI is growing its services in this area to assist state agencies with data sharing and getting more value from their data. This position is also a key driver with some of the newer technologies that DTI plans to implement in the near future.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS for the DTI Team Director:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in senior leadership.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years experience leading a technical team.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in Enterprise Architecture and Data Management.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in strategic planning demonstrating the ability to develop, analyze and decide among alternative solutions to current and anticipated IT needs.
