The incumbent is responsible for managing the work of the Interstate Compact and Family Court Liaison units in the Division of Management Support Services Office of Case Management. This includes direct supervision of two family services program support administrators, one family services program analyst, and one family service supervisor and indirect management of eight staff in the Family Court Liaison unit. The incumbent serves as Delaware's appointed representative to the oversight organizations for the applicable interstate compacts. Additional duties include:

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Family Services Program Support Supervisor
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
