This recruitment is offering Recruitment and Referral Incentives!
In order to meet temporary demands due to the pandemic, DHSS is now offering recruitment and retention incentives of $4,000 per new hire for select limited term Environmental Health Specialist II positions. Only new state employees are eligible for these incentives. Bonuses would be paid out in three parts:
· $1000 would be paid when the incumbent has worked 3 months.
· $1000 would be issued when the incumbent has worked one year.
· $2000 would be paid out at the successful completion of the limited term assignment.
NOTE: This program is administered by the Department of Health and Social Services. This program may be terminated by the State at any time.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS for Environmental Health Specialist II
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
