Dental Hygienist

This position provides oral health education, clinical preventive services, such as screenings, x-rays, fluoride, dental prophylaxis and sealants in non-traditional community settings and clinics.  Duties include: assisting community with navigating health care system to improve overall health, linking at risk patients to dental homes, participating and following action plans to identify cultural barriers, medical dental integration, access barriers, improve quality of care and oral health outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Dental Hygienist
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:

1. Possession of a Delaware Dental Hygienist License or eligibility for a Delaware license.
2. Possession of a valid Driver's License (not suspended, revoked or cancelled, or disqualified from driving).
