Summary Statement

The ERP Technical Specialist is responsible for participating in the development, implementation and post-implementation support of ERP software in the state.  

Primary responsibilities include the ability to identify and solve technical issues, accommodate any new legal or policy changes with a minimum of software customization, and implement additional functionality as new modules are approved.  

Position will be responsible for providing programming support in all modules, writing organizational data interfaces, creating adhoc reports, analyzing and applying vendor patches and fixes, tuning programs to enhance performance.

Selective Requirement

Selective Requirements must be met in addition to the job requirements.  Applicants who do not possess the selective requirement will not be qualified.

  • Minimum of one year of experience in Oracle Identity Manager: Sandbox UI development; Security Architecture; Scheduled Task Development required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Oracle Access Manager (10g/11g): Authentication Scheme Administration, Authentication/Authorization Policy Administration, Custom Login Page Development required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Java programming/debugging required.

 

Preferred Qualification

Applicants who do not possess the preferred qualification will still be eligible to compete for this position if job requirements are met.

  • Recent experience actively supporting a PeopleSoft system preferred.
  • Experience using SQL, SQR, People Tools, Application Engine, Crystal Reports, Nvision, and Object-Oriented Programming preferred.
  • Experience supporting cloud applications preferred.

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ technical experience with supporting enterprise-wide software.
  • Possess experience in a minimum of 1 major software implementation.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in programming/debugging.
