Summary Statement

The Technology Enabling Specialist position serves as technical analyst on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Team.  

  • Research, test and document new technology and/or new features of existing ERP applications.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration of new technology.
  • Evaluate and recommend alternative solutions, materials and sources with consideration for cost and reliability.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and work closely with customers to ensure requirements will meet business needs.
  • Review business requirement with developers and collaborate to utilize existing system technologies/functionality and minimize customizations.
  • Communicate and maintain the status of ERP Quarterly Customer Service Requests (CSRs).
  • Actively engage our agency partners in activities that increase their knowledge, understanding and use of ERP applications, as well as the possibilities offered by new technologies.
  • Lead ERP Quality Assurance Team and ensure compliance of QA policies, procedures and standards

Selective Requirement

Selective Requirements must be met in addition to the job requirements.  Applicants who do not possess the selective requirement will not be qualified.

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience documenting product functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Quality Assurance processes as it relates to application development.

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in IT, related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in configuring and administrating applications for a diverse base of customers.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience with project management methodologies for software development.
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in researching and testing new software releases and features.

Conditions of Hire
