Summary Statement

Department of Technology and Information Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Security Administrator is responsible for ensuring that role-based authorization is properly developed and maintained in the enterprise systems and ensuring that local segregation of duties issues are addressed and resolved appropriately.  Additionally, the candidate will ensure the State is compliant with internal controls and external regulations.   

This position has cross-functional roles and responsibilities and will coordinate database administrators, Unix administrators, ERP developers and functional users to guarantee that the ERP applications meet the highest standards of security.   

The candidate will also be responsible for communication with key levels of ERP functional management to make certain that design and/or modification of the system security meets corporate information processing requirements.

Selective Requirement

Possess a minimum of 3 years recent experience actively supporting PeopleSoft Applications.

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years’ IT experience working in a development capacity.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years experience related to ERP security concepts and understanding of security best practices.
