The Delaware Department of Labor, Division of Industrial Affairs recognizes the Industrial Hygienist plays a critical role at our agency. For that reason, we are now providing monetary recruitment incentives for this position in accordance to our Recruitment Program Policy and Procedures.
Hiring Incentive– $6,000
Incentives are paid in installments as noted above. Bonus is open to a new hire to the State of Delaware.
New employees accepting this incentive must commit to two (2) consecutive years with DOL in the above classification.
