This is a professional human resource work responsible for benefit-related functions within the Department of Finance's Human Resources Office. The position provides direct customer service regarding benefits, pay, pensions, and related HR functions. Benefit-related functions include, but are not limited to, work with pensions, workers’ compensation, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), health, disability, leave audits, time & labor, timekeeping audits, and other related benefits areas.
The incumbent may choose a primary office location either in the Haslet Armory at 122 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. South Dover, DE, 19901 or in the Carvel Building at 820 N French Street Wilmington, DE, 19801. Occasional travel to the Carvel Building will be required.
