Summary Statement

Department of Technology and Information Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Service Delivery Manager will manage a technical team and participate in design, development, implementation and post implementation support and upgrades of ERP PHRST, Pension, and ERP/Identity Access (Single sign-on) systems.

Primary responsibilities include the management of ERP PHRST, Pension, and ERP/Identity Access (Single sign-on) technical leads and programmers, development of implementation plan, resource planning and schedule definition.

Position will require an in-depth knowledge of public sector business processes for the successful implementation of ERP PHRST, Pension, and ERP/Identity Access (Single sign-on) projects and subsequent production support. Candidate is also responsible for understanding the technical complexities of the system such as system and table configuration, data migration, testing and quality assurance.

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in IT field OR equivalent experience.
  • Possess a minimum of ten years’ experience on medium to large-scale system implementations.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Enterprise applications and programming.
