This position provides nursing and oversight of residents’ nursing needs during trips, community outing activities, and in-house activities including, but not limited to, direct nursing care, assessments, and coordination of health care services for the residents. Responsibilities include supervising, providing, evaluating, and assisting with care and treatments by direct care staff and activities staff. In addition, this position will have regular contact with residents, families, nursing staff, physicians, dietary, pharmacy, administration, and other ancillary departments of the facility. |
