We seek a talented and qualified professional for the position of Supervising Clinician who will provide assistance to the area office regional resource group in designing clinically appropriate treatment plans, assisting with discharge planning to meet mental health needs, and ensure children are placed in least restrictive environments. Additionally, your team will complete clinical assessments, substance use assessments, and intimate partner violence consultations. This position is full time, thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm and located at our Regional 3 Area Offices (Norwich, Middletown and Willimantic).

Two (2) years of the General Experience must have been at a lead level responsible for coordinating the work of a unit or team of professionals in a psychiatric setting.
Note: For State Employees the lead level is interpreted at the level of a Clinical Social Worker Associate for social work discipline, Head Nurse for the nursing discipline, an Associate Professional Counselor and an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
