The State of Connecticut, Department of Public Health (DPH) is hiring! We are currently seeking two qualified individuals for the position of Health Program Assistant 1. These positions will work in the Department of Public Health's Immunization Program. This Health Program Assistant 1 role, along with the rest of the Immunization Program team, is essential to ensure that all health care providers who participate in the Connecticut Vaccine Program (CVP) comply with state and federal requirements to assure appropriate use of publicly purchased vaccines.
