In the Department of Transportation this class is accountable for directing the department’s negotiations committee, programs and operations of the Office of Negotiations.
Receives executive direction from a Deputy Commissioner of Transportation, Transportation Chief of Fiscal And Administrative Services or other administrative official of higher grade.
Directs staff of the office.
Ten (10) years of experience in transportation contract management or negotiations, or transportation engineering.
One (1) year of the General Experience must have been in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
