In the Department of Administrative Services, Statewide Human Resources Management this class is accountable for administering and providing leadership to all Human Resources Business Partners deployed at state agencies.
Receives administrative direction from the Chief Human Resources Officer or other administrative official of higher grade.
Administers operations and activities of the Human Resources Business Partners; directs all staff.
Eleven (11) years of professional experience in human resources or equal employment opportunity/affirmative action or labor relations management.
Three (3) years of the General Experience must have been at the full advanced working level in human resources management or equal employment opportunity/affirmative action or labor relations management.
NOTE: For state employees this experience is interpreted at the level of an Agency Labor Relations Specialist, Equal Employment Opportunity Manager, Human Resources Generalist 3, Principal Human Resources Specialist, or Workers Compensation Program Coordinator.
