In the Office of Policy and Management this class is accountable for performing as a specialist in the processes related to the certification of valuation professionals and analysis, development and implementation of assessment and tax collection tools and strategies.
Works under the general supervision of an employee of higher grade.
May supervise or lead lower level employees as assigned.
Seven (7) years of experience in assisting in the determination of taxability and assessment value of properties for a government jurisdiction or with a private organization engaged in large-scale real estate appraisals.
