PURPOSE OF JOB CLASS (NATURE OF WORK)

In the Department of Consumer Protection, cooperates with other members of the Liquor Control Commission in enforcing provisions of the statutes pertaining to the manufacturing, sale and distribution of liquor as outlined in Section 30-2 of the Connecticut General Statutes.

APPOINTMENT

Appointed by the Governor under the provisions of Sections 4-5 through 4-8 and 30-2 of the General Statutes.
