There are two position in the Health Care Services Agency. The incumbent will be expected to consider a Behavioral Health and/or Human Resources perspective when initiating and overseeing training programs.  Please describe your experience and education in Health Care Services and/or Human Resources as it relates to training.  Include your role, and your years of experience.

Describe your most challenging design or development of a training program for supervisors and managers.  In  your response, explain how the need of the training audience was identified, the methods you employed to design the curriculum and the resources utilized.   Also, identify any challenges you faced during the process and how it was resolved.

Identify the key components, subject areas, and competencies that you feel are necessary to include in designing workshops/training for leadership development for supervisors and managers.  You may choose to include models, principles, activities or assessments that you think would be appropriate for this group.

Give an example of when you coached a supervisor or manager who complains about having employees who are consistently underperforming and failing to meet deadlines?  What specific suggestions and/or tool would you suggest to that supervisor or manager.
